Robert Moriarty
Vice President and General Manager
Mr. Moriarty utilizes his 22 years of business, legal, DoD, and military experience to build strong teams and lead them to success. In his role as a US Army LTC in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Mr. Moriarty served in various senior and command leadership positions focusing on large-scale security and warfare logistic missions.  Over his 22-year military career, he has received extensive military training in Logistics, Operations, and Combat Readiness.  Mr. Moriarty held executive level positions in finance, operations, project management, and business development at Covansys and Shanley & Fisher (currently Drinker, Biddle & Reath LLP) in New York for thirteen years. He is a focused and dedicated leader who understands the complexity of the anti-tamper mission and related requirements. Mr. Moriarty is a SAP certified Functional Consultant, received his MBA from the University of Hartford, and received a BS from the University of Iowa.

Gregory Ellis
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Ellis has nearly 20 years of experience, more than half of which have been spent in the defense industry. His experience in sales, manufacturing, engineering, and program management is now utilized in the cross-functional leadership needed in Operations. Before joining Microsemi Systems in 2007, Mr. Ellis was the program manager for the Army Air Warrior EDM/BFT program and led the team through the transition from prototype development to LRIP and ultimately full-rate production.  Prior to the program office he held roles of increasing responsibility on the V-22 program, including the program engineering manager for the mission computer and display simulations. Mr. Ellis holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University, and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

James Gallagher
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Gallagher has over 20 years experience in real-time embedded software and system development, with a strong focus on software process implementation.  Mr. Gallagher began his career at Delphi Electronics (formerly part of General Motors) as a software engineer developing Powertrain Control Module software.  He held numerous Systems and Software Engineering Group Manager assignments in Body/Security, Collision Avoidance, and Restraint Systems, as well as an assignment as the Manager of Systems and Software for the Delphi Mexico Technical Center where he was responsible for the HVAC, Occupant Detection, and Body/Security control modules.  Mr. Gallagher held additional assignments where he led the Verification and Validation departments for Safety, Powertrain, and Power Electronics products and the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques in product engineering.  Mr. Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Software Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Michael Mehlberg
Vice President of Product Management
Mr. Mehlberg has 8 years of reverse engineering, development, and leadership experience in the anti-tamper and DoD industry. During his tenure at Microsemi's West Lafayette Division, he led the development of new protection technologies and red-teaming tools, and has mostly recently set the strategic direction for Arxan’s software and firmware security products. While at Microsemi's West Lafayette Division, Mr. Mehlberg has both developed on and managed the software, firmware, research, and services defense teams. Now, as Vice President of Product Management for Microsemi West Lafayette, Mr. Mehlberg is dedicated to and responsible for leading the strategy and direction of all Microsemi anti-tamper security products. He has a patent pending for an artificially intelligent protection technology insertion engine, is a certified Scrum Master, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University.
